The Wilderness Society has helped protect millions of hectares of Australian wilderness. Now we need your help to raise public awareness and support to protect our wild places and wild life. We are recruiting Wilderness Defenders to join our teams based all across Australia. Our Wilderness Defender Campaigning positions involve talking to the public about The Wilderness Society and raising vital funds for The Wilderness Society’s campaigns through our membership-giving program.
Ongoing campaign and skills training provided.
Street, Door and Shopping Centre teams.
Career development and travel opportunities.
Base wage plus great commission.
WHAT YOU NEED!
Excellent communication skills.
Outgoing, positive personality.
Strong passion for the environment.
Fundraising, sales and customer service experience is highly regarded, but not necessary as full training is provided.
